But today it is reborn and I am happy: it excites me a lot to think that today it comes back to life and color!
I then arrive at the farmhouse with my car on a day of clear skies and crystal clear and fresh air: after all, I am almost 1400 meters above the sea...
Aurelio is already waiting for me, my fault, today I am 10 minutes late and I hate arriving late, I consider it a lack of respect.
Aurelio is a dear friend of mine, he lives right in the area and today he was commissioned by the owner to come and open the house for me.
Well, I was saying that Aurelio is already here, the windows are open and I start taking pictures: I start from the outside.
You must know that this house is new, has been totally redone and has been divided into 4 roof land units.
The house as a whole is in an enviable position: a few hundred meters from the start of the new 6-seater chairlift so close that it can be reached on skis...
The house is T-shaped with a flat garden full of fresh grass and dandelions, in the front (east side overlooking the whole valley) there is an ancient century-old maple...
What else could I tell you...there are two larger apartments with the living area below and the attic sleeping area above connected by an iron and wooden staircase, each with a beautiful garden and there is a very large two-room apartment with a suggestive exposed roof and a fantastic stone wall...

In this case the house is just for furnishing! The choice is yours if you want a new modern or vintage furniture...I would not exclude the industrial, especially in the bilo it could be very good!

What can I do in the area?
In winter, alpine skiing is the prince on over 50 km of slopes in the area, children can play in the baby park.
Also in winter you can go cross-country skiing and hiking and then have lunch in the alpine huts.
In the other seasons the area lends itself to trekking, mountain excursions, both electric and down-hill biking, walking, sport fishing on the nearby Ninfa Lake.
Horseback excursions are frequent and organized by the various farmhouses in the area.
Children can play in the baby park or in the adventure park of Lago della Ninfa.
It is also possible to practice hang gliding and paragliding or devote yourself to the quietest study and photography of nature and in the nights devote yourself to the telescope...
