Both apartments have their hot water heated from the solar tubes on the roof which is fed through a 500-litre water tank in the utility room of the main apartment. The solar tubes are located on the roof of the main apartment. Access to the roof is from the terrace of the guest apartment and is also accessible from the main apartment terrace through a small gate.
