The property has a title search of the municipal records completed by a reputable attorney in Peru. The attorney will be available to perform the title closing. I will forward legal inquiries to the attorney and provide his name and contact information to serious buyers. A surveyor and appraiser were consulted prior to advertising the property.

Inheritance and estate planning.
