Robert Greenberg knows some Toronto neighbourhoods so well that he can quote the lot size and last selling price of every property on the street. He’s invested 35 years in the local real estate market where selling properties and helping customers find their dream homes is a labour of love.
Robert has been serving the community with independent brokerage Harvey Kalles Real Estate for the past 32 years—and been the top selling agent for 28 of them. Robert and his team of experts specialize in representing homes in Forest Hill, Lawrence Park, Lytton Park and Leaside, and neighbourhoods along Avenue Road, Bayview Avenue and York Mills Road. They’re just as devoted to clients selling a junior condominium unit as a family estate.
In 2014, the Greenberg Team was awarded the title of Number One Sales Team in Toronto by the Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB). In 2016 they sold 174 homes with a market value of $352 million and an average selling price consistently above asking. Robert himself has been ranked among the top 3 TREB agents in a field of more than 40,000 real estate agents.

Robert devotes as many as 80 hours a week to the art of real estate sales and offers the full force of the brokerage’s resources to promote properties for sale. His strategies bring buyer and seller together in less than half of the average 60 days it takes to sell most properties on Toronto’s MLS.
