The terrace is designed to be a space from where one can enjoy the pool and the sea, protected from the heat of the tropical sun. Both the living and dining spaces can be fully opened thru the full height sliding-folding glass doors - this is an opportunity to experience the breeze from the sea while enjoying an unobstructed view.
All bedrooms are located on the second floor. They are designed to be private, warm spaces with luxurious material finishes. The Master Bedroom faces the sea and is extended by a balcony. It opens into the court ahead. The sloping ceiling brings a dramatic dimension to the space. The other two bedroom share the same qualities of the master bedroom in terms of spaces and design. The view from the Study/Family area located on the second floor extends from the waterway to the sea. This is again a virtually boundless space within the confines of the interiors. A Guest Room is located on the first floor. The wine cellar and AV room are placed at the basement, where the environment is controlled for their effective usage.
