Maison Francaise is an example of true sophisticated elegance. A unique house created by a French interior designer Anne Toulouse, without any doubt, meets all the criteria set for a luxurious house.
First, it is always about location. Installed in the Valakampiai residential area on a land plot of 23 ares bordering the Neris river and a pine wood, it is a perfect choice for those who look for a company of nature and a respectable and secure neighbourhood. The fact that the Old Town can be conveniently reached in slightly more than ten minutes is of no less importance.
Another essential criterion for splendidness is spaces. In this house with the area of 803 square metres, they are undoubtedly sumptuous but at the same time cosy and comfortable. During the day, the house is full of natural light, the windows open to fascinating views of nature, and in the evening, every space is filled with warm energy due to elegant and professionally thought out lighting system. As you enter the house, your breath is caught by the spacious entry hall and an exclusive decoration of the house – an ideal classical staircase made of marble. Further, there is a flamboyant two-zone living room, a separate dining room and a particularly convenient closed kitchen (you could hardly imagine classical home without one) next to it. There is also a working studio, a clothing room, and a guest bathroom on the first floor.
On the second floor, there is a private space for the masters of the house which is worth some special attention: a bedroom, a clothing room for her and for him, and a big bathroom.

The interior design of the house, including every tiny detail in it, was created by the talented Anne Toulouse. Furniture made of natural wood and decorated with inlays, patterned tapestry and upholstery, the complementing silk curtain and bedspreads, hand-made carpets and perfectly selected light fittings. The spaces have Malaysian hardwood and marble flooring; there is an open marble fireplace. It would be extremely difficult to create a new interior design or to reiterate the existing one to reveal the charm of the French classics which prevails in this house.
As usual in luxurious houses, there is a SPA zone for pleasant moments with family members or guests. There is a big swimming pool with glass walls which can be opened during the warm season to convey the feeling of an outdoor swimming pool. Next to it, there are saunas of three different types: regular, steam and infrared, and a relaxation room. You will also find a wine cellar, a cabinet safe, a laundry room and the required auxiliary premises on this floor.
The house has geothermal heating system, BOSE audio system, heat recovery ventilation system, air-conditioning and cooling, automated lawn watering system.
