The Balinese styled roof allows maximum light without overheating the interior, the roof also hosts solar electric and collector panels and walls are strategically placed to absorb excess heat. The home is immune from periodic power and water outages with battery backup and a cistern.
The design concept of the home was to provide a couple with a truly elegant living environment that maximized the amazing views in a spacious living environment.
