This house is perfect for lovers of architecture, nature, and modernism. Designed by Vilanova Artigas, one of Brazil's most renowned architects, the house remains entirely original and has undergone a recent restoration, presenting itself in excellent condition. The house has been featured in several publications, the most recent being the Italian magazine Casa Bella (Feb 2024). "As often seen in Artigas' works, the ramp serves as the main access system to the various levels […] The first essentially leads to the double-height dining room; the second to the terrace; from which, the third and final ramp leads to the upper level, with a sequence of bedrooms on one side and a large living area with a wood-burning fireplace, surrounding the two-level volume of the dining room. […] The spatial richness achieved through the organization of different levels of division is brought to a remarkable degree of sophistication, as revealed, for example, in the horizontal opening in the foyer that announces the dining room and establishes visual communication with it," writes critic Daniele Pisani.
