A few kilometers from the archaeological park of Selinunte, considered the largest archaeological park in Europe, and from the wonderful beaches that surround the south-western coast of Sicily in today's province of Trapani, stands the splendid villa dating back to the mid-1800s. it is accessed from an avenue surrounded by olive groves that crosses the suggestive countryside that surrounds the property. The villa was renovated in 2005, and is made up of two houses: the main house and the guest house. The manor house is spread over two levels: on the ground floor we find an Open Space environment in which the three bright and spacious living rooms follow one another. One of the halls has been raised to create a high volume which can be used as a study, a bathroom and a bedroom. On the ground floor there is the dining room followed by the built-in kitchen, a laundry room and a bathroom on the ground floor. A self-supporting wooden staircase leads to the upper floor from the central hall where we find three bedrooms and a bathroom with tub. The windows offer a splendid view of the Sicilian countryside from which you can see the Casa degli Ospiti.
The Guest House overlooks the swimming pool. Upon entering we find a large living room with raised kitchen, two bedrooms and en-suite bathroom. The property is enriched by a splendid swimming pool, a tennis court, and a patio with outdoor kitchen and Barbeque area and a garden full of olive trees. There is a photovoltaic system.
