The original Victorian fireplace in coal black is the focal point of the room and is flanked by symmetrical purpose-built radiator covers. Possibly the best-lit living room you’ll ever find, there are four generously sized windows flooding the space with sunlight. Together with the clean, white walls and the high ceilings, it feels spacious, airy and undeniably uplifting.


We love the herringbone flooring, as well as the striking original cornicing running along the perimeter and through the centre of the ceiling, both of which take us back to its Victorian heritage.


At the foot of the staircase, is a door leading to a convenient WC and basin for ground floor use. Follow the staircase to the first floor and here, you’ll discover an ample-sized double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. Further along the landing is a separate WC room and then we’ll arrive at the spacious principal suite.


Principal Suite


The main bedroom of the home benefits from two generous windows, filling the room with light and increasing the feeling of spaciousness. Cosy carpets, window blinds in a neutral shade and traditional but understated coving overhead allow this room to be fully customised to suit its new owner. The abundance of built-in storage and the benefit of an en-suite bathroom are also huge advantages for the resident.


The en-suite bathroom is an excellent use of space, featuring a bathtub with an adjustable showerhead, a wash basin with storage underneath, and even additional storage overhead!
