This residence, designed by Oscar Niemeyer with landscaping by Roberto Burle Marx, is located in a privileged area of Ilhabela with direct beach access. Renovated by AR Arquitetos, under the leadership of Marina Acayaba and Juan Pablo Rosenberg, the house reclaims its modernist essence, highlighted by the circular window facing Pico do Baepi, restored with a jacarandá wood frame and original opening system. The project was submitted to the Oscar Niemeyer Foundation, receiving formal approval and a letter of recognition. The integration with the ocean was enhanced through glass walls and the use of natural sand flooring in the living room and bathrooms, reinforcing the connection with the surroundings. The garden, redesigned by André Paoliello, celebrates the native landscape. The social area comprises a living room integrated with the kitchen, powder room, and TV room. The private area features two suites facing the greenery. The interior, designed by Studio Grapa, incorporates Brazilian pieces from the 1950s and 1960s, highlighting national design. The 30,139 sq. ft. lot has approved plans for the addition of two suites and service quarters, also developed by AR Arquitetos.
