The recreation and hunting complex was established in 2016 in Latvia, in Limbazi region.

In turn, the total available hunting area is 7,000 ha, which is provided by a lease of hunting rights until 2044.
The recreation complex is located in Staicele parish, in the immediate vicinity there are nature and rural areas, the Salaca river, and the Baltic sea nearby.
Within a 10-15 minute drive there is access to shops, service providers (healthcare, schools), cultural and historical sites and nature parks in the nearest towns (Staicele, Ainazi, Aloja).
The property is located in an ecologically clean region where the land and buildings are ideal for hunting, recreation and rural tourism.
The technical condition of the buildings is excellent, they are constantly managed and well maintained.
Only 20 minutes drive to the Baltic sea. Some more technical data - the foundations of the buildings are reinforced concrete (monolithic, strip), the building frame is built of wood (log houses, frame construction), reed roofing.
Heating: central heating system with gas boiler throughout the complex, a local deep well with a filtration system has been created for water supply, sewage - local, storage reservoirs.
