My name is Matteo Berloffa and I work as a real estate agent in Milan, Italy. I opened INVEST IN ITALY to share information on the real estate buying process and the country’s tax incentives and benefits for foreign investors.
I completed my undergraduate studies at Bocconi University, Italy’s top business school, and my master's degree in International Finance in Luxembourg. I’ve worked in Asset Management and in Hedge Fund Services, before opening my own Real Estate Investment firm in Los Angeles. There, I was involved with real estate development, structural renovations, architectural design, property management, and rentals.
