Our President and Chief Executive Officer Timothy Guzman, is responsible for Subject To Investments’ day-to-day operations including investor relations, property analysis, due diligence and acquisitions, coordination of renovations, end-to-end property sale transactions, and managing the operational teams in the states of Nevada, Arizona, and Georgia.
Mr. Guzman is also an avid and successful real estate investor and has personally participated in hundreds of real estate investment opportunities and transactions (Buy /Rehab/ Hold & Buy/Rehab/Sell) across USA since 1999.
Prior to the formation of Subject To Investments, Mr. Guzman held banking, mortgage, and marketing leadership positions with Wells Fargo Bank, Citigroup, Bank of America, JPMorgan Chase & Co, First Data Corporation.
While serving in these positions, Mr. Guzman participated in hundreds of mortgage transactions in the states of Nevada and California.
