WHO WE ARE
URBAN LIVING SOLUTIONS (ULS) WAS ESTABLISED IN 2016 BY KIM “LEANG” KEAN.
We consider ourselves a lifestyle development firm. Our focus is not to build the next big condo, but to look at the Cambodian landscape and ensure our projects benefit the people who live and work there.
We want to form spaces that encourage interaction between neighbors and inspire creativity. In fact, we are open to helping any idea that promotes a community-based future for Cambodia.
Need affordable housing with a social focus? We can do that. Want the most inspiring place for your new business? We have that. Thinking of re-purposing some urban land into a neighborhood park?

COMMUNITY
Communities are formed on a foundation of trust, and we believe the built environment can facilitate the introductions, conversations, and daily interactions that connect people and help form deep relationships. Close communities build great cities and a stronger nation – this is ambitious, but that is what we want to do.
ACCESSIBILITY
We are developing solutions for the bottom 90 percent of the population. Sure, there is more money to be made in the luxury market, but that is not us. We focus on using good design to create affordable solutions within the budget of the Kingdom’s emerging middle class.
TRANSPARENCY
We do not want to promise the world and fail to deliver. We believe in learning from our experiences – what works and what does not. We will share this with clients and we will be honest about feasibility and areas to improve.
ACCOUNTABILITY
Whether it is customers buying homes from us or partners we are developing land for, we will be realistic about timelines and costs. If we do not make a target, we will own it and work to make it right."
