The guest house has a separate entrance and a physical address of 5730 E. FM 323. The property is square in configuration with approximately 1,600 feet of frontage along the south side of FM 323. FM 323 is a two-lane, asphalt paved east/west road.

Improvements

Primary House – 5624 E. FM 323: Coming through the beautiful code accessed entry gate, and down a long tree lined/covered drive to the middle of the property is the primary home that has been beautifully remodeled by the current owners.
