FM 323 is a two-lane, asphalt paved east/west road.
Improvements
Primary House – 5624 E. FM 323: Coming through the beautiful code accessed entry gate, and down a long tree lined/covered drive to the middle of the property is the primary home that has been beautifully remodeled by the current owners. Horse Barn: Near the house is the horse barn with 3 stalls with a nice turn out, tack and feed room, and shop area with a large open area for parties and storage. There is an adjacent covered porch for relaxing and watching the horses or livestock. The barn is connected to a generator for the times electricity is down.
