Vuez Eco Resort development is situated on 167 acres of scenic land with uninterrupted views, direct access to the lake foreshore and a short drive to the NSW snow fields. The resort is nestled between Lake Jindabyne and the picturesque Kosciusko National Park known for its pristine alpine landscape, crystal clear mountain rivers and home to Australia’s highest peak, Mount Kosciuszko.
Located only 4 minutes to the center of town, Jindabyne township has enormous investment potential, more so in recent years with the NSW Government establishing the Jindabyne Special Activation Precinct (SAP) and have invested more than $190m to improving infrastructure and additional visitors’ facilities, all with the aim of increasing international and national visitors to the NSW Snowy region.
In line with NSW Planning, the SAP 40-year Master plan and the State Environmental Planning Policy (SEPP), Vuez Resort development on the foreshore of Hatchery Bay will incorporate 150 x 3 and 4 bedroom short-stay/owner-occupier “off-grid” Eco Villas, 21 x 2 bedroom Executive suites for year-round visitors, and resort related commercial facilities, such as a Café, Restaurant, Event Centre and an Adventure Hub, all of which will be built with an open-space to compliment the natural landscape.
The Resort is also located along the 50km Jindabyne Shared Trail Network on the southern half of the lake and passes by the southern edge of the Vuez Resort at Hatchery Bay Road. The Jindabyne Shared Trail is designed for mountain bike riders, walkers and trail runners.
