On the second floor are rental rooms, living room and bed linen storage. On the 4th floor there is a giant balcony, with very good views.. There is also a “washing department” with 3 washing machines, one for a full 15 kg, and a dryer.
The building is sold with all fixtures and fittings, with a large crowd of returning guests, as well as with the established brand Rim Talay Guesthouse.
