The Elmore team are seasoned professionals with over 25 years of full time real estate experience. During this time, they have sold well over 1,100 homes in Contra Costa and Alameda Counties. They have lived in both counties and have been active participants in the community life as well as first hand experience with the school systems with their own children.
Before joining Berkshire Hathaway, they were with Re/Max and had been awarded many top producing awards and ranked in the Top ½ percent Nationwide. They Consistently rank in the top 1% for the Northern California Region. They are Certified Relocation Specialists, Berkshire Hathaway Luxury Homes International Specialists and have earned the Grand Master Achievement Award from BAYEAST Association of Realtors.
They have been licensed as real estate agents in three states, from the east to the west coast providing diversity and understanding to our ever mobile community.
In 1998 they created three financial corporations that purchased land and developed 18 custom homes and/or lots in the Oakland Hills and Pleasanton. The experience gained in dealing with the cities, contractors, interior designers and the new home market has enhanced and sharpened their negotiating skills and the ever important task of fine tuning pricing! They are seasoned negotiators in multiple offer situations, and keep up with local home inventory and current market activity trends daily.
They have been affiliated with large corporations including Clorox, Chevron, and UPS helping relocate over 165 families from other areas of the country to the Bay Area. Our goal is to exceed our clients expectations as evidenced by our high referral rate of relocation buyers and clients moving within the local area. Length of time in the real estate industry is highlighted by being trustworthy, highly ethical, easy to talk to, responsive to client’s needs and most of all, keeping our clients informed each step of the way!
