To introduce myself, I am a real estate agent registered with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents & Property Managers Malaysia and have an educational background - BA (Hons) Law, University of Kent at Canterbury in UK and Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management (Singapore)
Having lived and worked in different countries – Singapore, England, Malaysia – helps me in understanding different cultures in their approach to work ethics and business methods and to guide expats, multi-national companies and locals in their relocation and setting-up of business operations and living in Malaysia.
Since 2010, my focus is in industrial properties located in Johor, Shah Alam & Klang Valley – assisting in the property search for renting and purchase of ready and custom-built warehouses and factories by end-users and investors to their specifications & requirements.
I provide value-added services in the following matters:
* technical matters for custom-built premises to meet client’s specifications and requirements.
* sale and tenancy processes
* related matters like Tenancy Agreements and Sale & Purchase Agreements
* incorporating a Malaysian-registered company, tax matters, accounting, etc.
* free trade zone areas
* application for licensed manufacturing license (LMW)
* application for bonded warehouse license
I also assist is selling and buying of residential properties - ready homes or vacant land to build your dream home.
I take great interest to find out and understand the type of industries my clients are involved in and what are their requirements for residential properties so that I can source suitable properties and help them make the right choice.
