CoreLogic's Home Value Index rose by 0.8% in May, the highest monthly increase since last October. Perth led the charge with a 2.0% rise, followed by Adelaide at 1.8% and Brisbane at 1.4%, adding over $12,000 to median home values. Low supply in these cities keeps prices climbing.
