2. Debt Settlement & Director Advances
• Settlement of outstanding bank loans, creditor debts, and director advances
• Estimated Total Payoff: RM 3,500,000
3. Operational Recovery & Working Capital
• To cover backlogged liabilities, utility arrears, and 6-months runway for operations & staff
• Proposed Allocation: RM 1,500,000
