Learn to drive in Thailand with a personal instructor at your doorstep for only 800-1000 RMB. After 10-16 hours of study, you can take the written test (computerized machine test) with the Chinese version of the questions. If you pass the computer test, you can take the road test. Thailand road test is very simple, it is recommended to use your own private car or borrow a local friend's private car to drive the test, the small automatic vehicle is best. Side parking is the first and the most important test in the Thai driving license test. If you pass this hurdle, your Thai driving license is 99% in your hands.

Unlike in China, you can apply for an international driver's license by paying 200 RMB one year after obtaining a Thai driver's license.

Documents you need to prepare for your driving license in Thailand.
1. Original passport and photocopy of passport (photo page, visa page, entry card)
2. 2-inch white background, free of crown color photos of many.
3. a copy of your work permit (if you are working here)
4. If you are a tourist without a work permit, you need to get proof of address from the Immigration Office, the price in Pattaya is 450 baht.

Procedure for obtaining a Thai car license:
You need to go to the office before 8:00 a.m., but the application will not be accepted in the afternoon.
First go to the traffic office and ask for the processing window at the information desk, then get the application form, just fill in your name and the rest of the staff will help you.

Once you get the form, take the quiz in the study room and learn about traffic. (Measurements include color recognition, visual range, braking reaction speed, and positioning of objects near and far). When time is up, the staff will show video material for the students to learn.
During the study the staff will register the students and indicate what kind of driver's license they are applying for.

It's noon after studying, and after getting their test cards, it's lunchtime.
The written test starts at 1:00 p.m. First, explain to the examiner that you don't know Thai, and the examiner will give you a test question in Chinese. If you don't pass the first time, don't worry, you will have a second chance. Usually, the examiner will help you retake the test, so be polite to the examiner.

It's 3:00 p.m. after the test is completed and the road tests are all easy. Side parking is the first and most important level of the Thai driving test. If you pass this hurdle, you'll have 99% of your Thai driver's license in hand. Covers spot parking, backing into a parking space, driving in a straight line, and reversing.
Motorcycles are much easier, so I won't go into that. If you're not sure, you need to think about how the student in front of you took the test. (It's best to bring your own motorcycle.) Congratulations, you've passed the test and all that's left is to wait to receive your driver's license, which will be yours in about an hour after the test.

Thai driver's license fees:
A medical certificate from a hospital is 100 baht, and the test fee for a car is 550 baht + a total of less than 1,000 baht. If you need to practice driving, it is not expensive to hire an instructor, and the total will be less than a few thousand baht. In China, it costs more than 8,000 Baht to get a driver's license.
